Once the shipment leaves the company's warehouses, it becomes the carrier's responsibility, and the customer is provided with a shipment tracking number to follow it until it arrives.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to request a return or replacement of the product according to the warranty terms. However, the company is not responsible for any indirect damages, data loss or losses resulting from the use of the products.
